Subsonic Not Launching

All,
I am in need of some help with getting Subsonic running again. It has been very reliable for a few years now, but recently I found it not running. When trying to get it to run again, it will not launch. Thanks and I really appreciate all your help!

Problem Description: When I click on Subsonic, it doesn't launch the program. It all of a sudden stopped working for some reason.
Troubleshooting Steps: Restarting, installing the most current version of 6.1.4
Playback Application and version: Web browser on desktop and iSub on mobile
Subsonic Version: 6.1.4
Server Version: I can't open it to find this.
Hardware Platform: Mac Mini Server
Java Memory Limit: Subsonic doesn't show up in the taskbar so I can't find this.
Problem Filename: Subsonic app itself
Output from ffmpeg -i: This also does not work. command not found
Last ten log file lines: I cannot access this
