Play on Sonos from Subsonic Web GUI

When I play from the Sonos Web GUI in my browser, the sound plays on my computer. Is it possible to play to Sonos instead? I tried to look for the "Sonos Player" instance in the web playback GUI, but could not find it... can anyone help?
