Mac Mojave boot constant "accept incoming connections?"

Hello,
I have Subsonic running on my Mac mini 2018 with Mojave MacOS. Every time I reboot, I get a MacOS pop up box that says, "Do you want the application "Subsonic.app" to accept incoming network connections?" I've already checked the MacOS security firewall settings to always allow incoming connections for Subsonic. Does anyone have any guidance on this?
