Log reporting login failure

I've been a premium user of subsonic for years and although I'm computer illiterate compared to most here I've never had a problem. Recently, however, (I'm not sure if this started with my "upgrade" to the latest version) my user interface is limited such that I'm unable to configure most things. I tried reinstalling the latest version to no avail. The log reports that my log-in failed (although I am able to log into a limited interface) I'm using windows 10 and believe that I'm running the program as an administrator and I've disabled my anti-virus software. When I try to recover/reset my password it says the e-mail (that I'm sure I used originally and received account information on from subsonic in the past) is not recognized nor are any other e-mails I would have potentially used. Also I can't figure out how to change my username and don't appear to have an option to do so on the limited user interface I have access to). I'm assuming that I might be using incorrect log-in credentials but at this point I don't know how to change them or which credentials will give me full access to the user interface.

Maybe you can change there also the password? Or even delete?
