Subsonic binding to wrong network adapter

Postby deemus » Wed May 01, 2019 5:06 am

I have been having issues accessing my server over the Internet and after a lot of troubleshooting managed to pinpoint the issue down to the service binding to the wrong network adapter if there are multiple to choose from.

It seems others have had this problem and a few also reached the same conclusion:

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=17449&p=74273&hilit=adapter#p74273

I can fix the issue by disabling the additional adapters and then restarting the Subsonic service, but I need those when I want to use other applications.

Has anyone found a real solution to this issue?

In my opinion there is another Problem ...
I have an AVM Router where I have connected my Telefones. They are capable to stream DLNA/UPNP Music .... that is working
Trying to use Windows Media Player ends up in found nothing.
Using Iphone App Player Xtreme is also able to stream the videos
Using Samsung 55" TV dosn't find anything

Update the Problem was only for DLNA/UPNP Service, but giving the Card an permanent IP Adress could help.
