Premium License Key

I have been a premium Subsonic user for many years with my email address josalco@scarlet.be. I recently had a pc failure. When reinstalling, I noticed that I had never updated my email address with Subsonic, so when I ask to return my license key, it sends it to an old email address to which I no longer have access. Does anyone know of a way to find my original license key or a way to contact someone for help. I sent an email to mail@subsonic.org last week but received nothing.
