Specific podcast won't download

For some reason this specific rss feed won't download. I have other pods that work fine. I have tried this pod on the same server using other methods and it works. I have tried it on my phone and it works.

When I try on subsonic it does get the name of the pod, unlike what normally happens if there is a typo, but never downloads the episodes. I have checked logs and grep'd /var/log and haven't seen anything. Any ideas or tips?
