Changing Default Upload Folder Name

Hey Everyone,

The default upload folder is called 'Incoming'. I want to change this to be 'uploads'. But when a user wants to upload a file under "More->Upload a file" It still wants to upload to 'incoming'

Current says: E:\Music\Incoming
Want it to say: E:\Music\Uploads


Anyway to switch that default upload folder directory name for all users?
