How do change the http port number on a windows install

After searching the forum and on my system for 2 hours I have still not found where the listen port value is stored or how to change it for a windows install of subsonic. I have a conflict on port 80 and only by shutting down an essential other service can I get to the subsonic control panel, but even then can not locate the control that would allow me to change the port number. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Do a Right-Click on the subsonic-icon in the system-tray and start the subsonic-control-panel, then go to settings.
