Larger coverart covers up "change" button

I have had a few albums auto download some coverart that is longer than normal, maybe like a 200 X 300 + , when this happens, it also covers up the "change" button so I cannot click it to change the cover to a smaller one, any way around this without searching through subsonic coverart folder to find the corresponding arwork?
