Android ClientProtocolException

I just finished setting up Subsonic on my Win7 x64 PC, and everything works fine when connecting from another PC. Unfortunately I cannot get my Droid to connect. I can't do anything other than get a ClientProtocolException error. Does anybody know what this error means and how I can fix it?
