Java errors

Had a couple of complaints about errors.
Took a look at the log, and...

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space


I have a log filled with these, and i can't find out the problem, the server has 1.5 GB of ram, it should be more than enough.

Any help with these would be much appreciated.

You probably need to assign Subsonic more memory. Check SUBSONIC_MAX_MEMORY in the subsonic.sh file.

Also see under "More" in the Subsonic interface if it's using all memory assigned.

Hello, I'm a Mac user (10.6.3), and I am having this error. I can't locate the subsonic.sh file, perhaps that's a linux thing or an older version of the mac app? It has made my UI come to a crawl, and I'm very much in need of updating the memory.

Can someone please tell me where this memory setting is located? I'm using ver. 3.9, from the Mac installer.

Edit: I'm sorry, I didn't see the entry in the <key>VMOptions</key> in Subsonic.app/Contents/Info.plist
