starting issue on windows

Am i stupid or not! But i can not find any info how to gewt subsonic to work on windows. I did install it on windows 2003 server but then nothing happends! I can not see or log or into any webpages or nothing. I did not see any instruction how to proceed so iam helpless. What should i do next?
