I am a Subsonic subscriber. I have a desktop running Windows XP directly connected to my router and Subsonic (latest release 4.6 I think). It is running fine including sharing with outside users. On my laptop, I am using Windows 7 latest release and I get to the point of your icon being green telling me that Subsonic is running but when I go to open it in the browser, I get the 503 error message. This has always been the case with my laptop. I read some of the posts, did an uninstall through control panel, made sure the Subsonic folder was deleted, restarted, installed Subsonic 4.6, saw the Susonic folder in Program Files (x86), restarted and I still have the same problem. I have not done a JAVA uninstall and don't know how to do it. Any thoughts?

When HTTP ERROR: 503 occurs, have a look at the log files in (Program Files)/Subsonic/log/. There's probably some clue there. Paste it here for feedback.
