reinject top rated albums in new DB

Today I'm rebuilding my DB from the scratch as it seems the id3's weren't indexed before...just testing...
Re-creating the users are not a huge problem as only a few people uses my subsonic server...but i'm really pissed that if i rebuild a new DB, I'll looose all my favorited / rated albums.
Do anyone know if it's possible to import rated albums back to my new database ? This would save me a lot of time!
