No media folders found. Please change the settings.

i am trying to configure the media folder from a NAS. I tried using ubuntu, and windows, my drives are mounted and accessible, however it seems they cannot be found by subsonic. i still get the message "No media folders found. Please change the settings." i tried changing the drive letter to no avail.
Any ideas?
