Media Folders options missing from admin Settings menu

Problem Description: Media Folders options missing from Settings menu, even as admin

Troubleshooting Steps:

• Freshly installed Subsonic after re-installing Windows.
• Checked both admin and primary user accounts.
• Tried installing the latest stable version and then the new beta.
• Several important settings options appear missing in both versions.
• Viewed page in both Firefox and in IE
• Searched the forum and found no reports of this issue.

I'm stumped.

Here is a snapshot of my settings menu. Where did everything go?

Playback Application and version: Subsonic mobile 3.3

Subsonic Version: 4.7.beta3 (build 3081)

Server: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.6.0_27, Windows 7 (15.4 MB / 18.2 MB)

It would appear that the 4.6 install was not correct and it did not create the admin a/c correctly.
4.7 has just used that data and carried on the mistake. Delete your c:\subsonic folder and do another install of 4.7b3.
This will create a clean install and hopefully your settings will return.

THAT. WORKED. PERFECTLY!

5 minutes later, I've added my username, port forwarded, assigned an easy-to-remember address, added my beautiful folders, and successfully transferred a test track on my mobile device.
