Unfortunately I do not think that there is currently any video streaming solution for the iPhone/iPad platform. Not being an Apple person, I can't be totally sure, but I believe that the sticking point is using Flash for playback instead of HTML5. Once someone (Sindre or another outside developer) codes a front end that substitutes the HTML5 version of JWPlayer for the flash version, this limit should be lifted.
