Android app crashes during first song of album

Hi there

I'm running Subsonic 4.6 on an Amahi server (based on Ubuntu 64 desktop 12.04 LTS) running 24/7 and have set it up without any problems.

However, I keep running into a problem with the Android app (and the same thing happens with DSub too, leading me to believe it's a config issue). When I pick an album from the app, I select all the tracks, press play, and the app downloads (and starts playing) the first track. It then tries to download the second track selected, fails, and the application then crashes (Force Close box appears on screen - I can usually get to the end of the first track).

It streams to my phone over 3G (a Samsung Galaxy Europa, aka Galaxy 5) running Android 2.3.7 under Cyanogen Mod 7. I have unlimited data download on my plan. I am usually travelling on a bus.

I have it set up to download the next 3 songs (have also tried 5 songs, 10 songs - same thing happens). The files are stored in FLAC format and are transcoded to MP3 for streaming purposes.

Could someone talk me through all the options on the settings menu, both on the server and the app as I'm clearly doing something wrong - I'm sure it's something very simple. Or could it be as simple as the 3G connection dropping because I'm on a bus ?!

And yes, I am aware I am using 4.6 - this is because this is the most up to date app available on Amahi (I have asked on their forums to see if there is anyway I can upgrade it to 4.7, as I'm new to Ubuntu)

Any help would be gratefully received

Solved - Amahi bundled up 4.7 into their subsonic app when I asked them nicely, although I did have to remove the previous subsonic folder (didn't have any playlists saved thankfully) due to a HTTP error.

App now working perfectly.
