the playlists on subsonic are buggy at best

so before i used to be able to specify the diretcory i want my playlists saved in so i could save and reload them now in settinsg under any tabs there is no selction playlist directory as there was before so who knows where my playlists are being saved. and why do they show up blank half the time or just randomly vanish. i see posts on this topic going back 2 years why has this not been resolved. you want 10 for a product that loses this info?

Playlists are now stored in the database, not on the file system. So there is no "directory" where the playlists are stored.

I have found that the playlist handling is very slow in version 4.7... what appears to be an empty playlist often pops up populated if you give it a minute... I believe that Subsonic is loading the playlist from the database and then verifying that the files on the playlist all still exist... A time consuming task for a large playlist.

But personally, I think it is "worth the 10" even if there were no playlist functionality at all. But that is my opinion.
