I'm pretty sure this has been reported before for the 4.7 media scanner.

Go to Settings.
Click on "Clean-up database" at the bottom of the main panel. Rescan.
If that doesn't fix it. Uncheck the folder with the errors and Save. Rerun clean db then rescan. Then recheck the "Enabled" box on the folder and rescan.

Then uncheck the media share that contains that folder.
Then save.
Then clean-database.
Then Scan (even if that was the only media folder you had originally...)
then recheck Enable on that media folder.
Then save.
Then rescan.
(Basically.... "What HE said...")
