It is possible for the "Incoming" folder on the upload its own folder on the server do. Where is the set permanently?



This setting should cannot be changed.

Without modding the easiest way is enter the folder that you want to upload to as the first entry in settings/media folders.
For some reason that only the dev can answer SS will always default to the first entry.
