Flash player not working on Gentoo GNU/Linux client - 4.7

Since upgrading my server to the newest version (4.7 WAR version, FreeBSD server), I haven't been able to use the flash player in any browser on my Gentoo GNU/Linux desktop. It works fine on Windows and Mac computers, and the previous version worked fine on Gentoo as well.

I've tried Chromium and Firefox-bin, various recent versions of each, with the official Adobe 64 bit flash plugin. On Chromium, the MiniSub extension works to play music, but I prefer the regular web interface.

Thanks. I hope I've included all the necessary details; let me know if you need to know anything else.

Hi-

I'm a total newbie, having just installed it clean on Debian about three days ago. I did have one thought. What if you login as an admin and delete that player? In other words, go to Settings > Players, find your Gentoo player and delete it and retry. And I assume the Flash plugin works on other Flash-enabled sites?

Because of my relative inexperience with Subsonic, it probably won't work, but I figured I'd just share my idea nonetheless.
