Subsonic Forum

I've recent changed internet providers and my internet ip address has changed. Since this change, I can no longer externally access my Subsonic server using a browser or my Andriod app (I can access Subsonic within my own network). I've confirmed my router is correctly port forwarding (using http://www.canyouseeme.org/) with the new internet ip address.

So I opened up a dos prompt and used the ping command to ping my.subsonic.org (not my really url). It shows the ip address, but ip address incorrect (i.e. it's not my new internet ip address). How do I correct this? I did try to by pass the url by hard coding my new ip address (e.g. http:/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:4040/) and still could not connect. Any suggestions would be great.

The redirect service is currently down. This has happened a few times in the past and should eventually be restored.

De nada, the main Subsonic.org site is also down. They usually come back together. If your still having issues after the main site comes back up, let us know and we'll be glad to help.
