The error message I am getting is myname.subsonic.org responded successfully, but could not authenticate it. However, if I access the page via external IP it works fine. The ip address I am getting when I ping myname.subsonic.org is 66.49.215.227 which appears to be the stock website ip. I have donated and registered the software I have also restarted the service multiple times. http://xx.xx.128.217:4040 Works fine which is my current IP. I don't know how long it will be for but that is what it was at the time of posting. and the link works fine. I would just like to get the dynamic dns working as it was a large part of why I donated.

Subsonic does not run a dynamic DNS service. It runs a Web Redirection service.

Every name.subsonic.org will resolve to the same address. But when a web request is sent to that address with the host header of a known subsonic alias it will reply with a "302- temporarily moved, try..." message including your dynamic IP/port combination.
