Help with Video

Just an update on my video... If anyone can help further....

I have two MOV's from an iphone. I can play them and I hear the audio but no video. However if I hit full screen I get a small section of the video top left.

My settings are:

Flash Video --- mp4 m4v mpeg mov ---flv -- ffmpeg -v 0 -i %s -f asf -s qvga -b 384kb -ab 56kb -ac 2 -

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi all

I have Subsonic installed on a QNAP 269L NAS.. Love it.

However when I try to access a video, in this case a text MOV shot on an iPhone I get a message tellingme the video does not exist or access denied..

/subsonic/stream?id=86&MaxBitRate=1000&TimeOffset=0&andplayer=1

I am using the recommended settings from the Subsonic site. I have ffmpeg installed as It is used for ResourceSpace server..
if I delete the settings for video in the trascoding settings I hear the video but of course no picture. Soon as I entre the recommended settings I get the above error

Can anyone help guide me in the right direction?
