Unable to connect outside of LAN {RESOLVED}

Hello, I'm new to subsonic, but I'm loving the possibilities. I went ahead and bought a license, but I've run into trouble right away. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Problem Description: I am unable to connect to my subsonic server unless I am on my LAN
Troubleshooting Steps: I have forwarded the relevant port on my router. The server works fine when using the local IP on other LAN computers. What's strange is the WAN IP even works from other devices (i.e. 70.213.xxx.x:"port number"), but only while I am connected to the LAN. If, for example, I turn off WiFi on my phone, then go to the server IP I get a "page not available" message. I get the same result if I try to access the server from within the android app (works on wifi, times out otherwise).
Subsonic Version: 4.7 (build 3106) – September 12, 2012
Server Version: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.7.0_09, Windows 7 (54.6 MB / 84.3 MB)
Hardware Platform: Windows 7, with an Asus RT-N56U router

Nothing strange in the server log

Thanks again for any help you can offer. I'm at my wits end here. Hopefully there's something simple I'm forgetting.

Just thought maybe I should add that the address for my server does resolve to the correct (WAN) IP address and port number when outside my LAN, it just doesn't connect to anything.

*EDIT - I was being an idiot. I forgot to allow subsonic through my firewall. Now that I've allowed communication with the outside world, it works great!

I'm having the same problem. What settings did you change to allow subsonic through your firewall?

Yes, please me too. I have added port 4040 to the port forwarding tab for the IP address of the machine running Subsonic but it's not working
