Unable to use my <username>.subsonic.org address

Every time I hit my dns link that subsonic provides, I get a message telling me I need to donate to use the dns link... I have donated and can provide my license key. There is no contact info anywhere on Subsonic's site, so who should I contact regarding this?!?

I figured that they would update it over time, but I have had a license for over 6 months, and this is still not fixed!

Any help would be appreciated, as my IP seems to cycle quite often.

The vanity address is a redirection service. You are confusing two different issues.

First, establish that your license key is properly entered into Subsonic:

Click on "About"

Click on the Paypal button.

At the bottom of the panel it will list your license info or provide the entry boxes for you to enter your email and license key.

Second, if you are properly licensed, go to Settings/Network. If your vanity address is already entered click "Save" to resend the current ip update information to the Subsonic server. You will have to resave whenever your external ip address changes.
