Can't get isub to connect over 4g

I am new to subsonic and isub. I recently installed subsonic on my iMac at home and iSub on my new iphone. I am able to access my music files on the phone when connecting over my home wi-fi, but am unable to access when trying to connect over 4g. I received an error message server unavailable. Any suggestions?

Pretty sure it's a problem, with port forwarding, please help. Spent $ on subsonic deluxe version and it doesn't work for shit. Asking for $ and providing no support is very frustrating

Also iSub has its own forum so any questions regarding that app should be asked there.

Not to mention this same question is asked several times a day. I'm amazed people still have the patients to continue answering it.
