Standalone Server: MiniSub works, Main website doesn't

I installed the standalone version to my Linux server and was able to verify that MiniSub works - http://mysite.com/mini/index.html
When I try the main website (http://mysite.com) the file index.html (index.jsp too) tries to redirect to index.view. Unfortunately this file doesn't exist. Can anyone provide some assistance ?
