MEDIA FOLDERS NOT FOUND

I am trying to set up subsonic for the first time and the service is telling me that it is unable to locate my media folders. I have all of my music in an external drive on my home network. Is there anything that I need to do to have the service find these folders?

Access as newtwork shares. Be sure to give the Subsonic service logon credentials to the shares.

Thanks. I followed the instructions and it still says folder not found. Not sure what else to do.

If you open a Network browser window do you see the share and can you access it?
