I can't update my Android Library

I have used Subsonic to stream music files from my pc (win7) to my Android tablet...when I do some changes to folders or add new files in my pc they are delaying to be seemed in my tablet...I tried to restart subsonic in my pc and in my tablet and-or update the files from browser but nothing happen...some times the problem solved when I restart my pc...but this is no comfortable to do it any time...Can u help me? Have any idea why this was happened and how can I solved it? Thank u in advance.

Have you tried forcing the tablet app to refresh it's view of the library on the server?
Not sure what tablet or app you're using.

I used a samsung 10.1 tablet..I forced it to update with no result...the update files-folders dont appear to my server too when see it from my browser

Are you re-scanning the library when you add or change tracks?
Subsonic knows nothing about new folders until it sees them. In the case of a new album for an existing artist, that is easy... go to that artist in the artist list and click on it, and Subsonic will load the latest albums as part of preparing the artist's album list.
But for it to see a new artist, a media scan has to happen, which would explain why, if you wait overnight, the changes are seen... the scan happens by default at 3am every morning.
