Android app has mind of its own

New to Subsonic. Installed the server and Android app with no trouble, and it mostly works fine, except that I keep seeing things in the Now Playing section of the server webpage, and in the Recent section of the Android app, that I haven't actually played. It's like the app is downloading the occasional random song on its own initiative. This morning it actually started playing one while the app was not even in use; I was sitting there minding my own business and suddenly the phone started streaming a song. (An embarrassing one.)

I've searched this forum and I don't see anyone else with this problem except one guy who never got an answer.

Anyone else besides me with this issue?

I just started noticing this and I think I figured it out. On your phone app you have a setting to buffer X amount of songs ahead. Your app will start downloading that many songs ahead on your playlist. The 'now playing' on your server webpage will display the last song that your phone has downloaded. I feel this is a bug and should be looked at.

This I think is a phone issue. My android version does this occasionally. I've noticed it when I pull my headphones out and it auto pauses, then I get a phone call and the phone auto unpauses when I hang up. Just my experience.
