Subsonic Forum

Currently I am allowing my player (winamp) to control the play list. I noticed something odd recently tho. How come sometimes the playlist will display actual song titles and other times it just displays the stream address. I am in the process of fixing all my tags and I am stumped as how to fix this issue. Any input would be helpful,

You can closed this topic, this issue isn't an issue with subsonic, but an issue with lame. Whenever lame downsamples, it strips the id3 tags hence causing the playlist name to be all weird. So the solution is to turn off bitrate limit or let subsonic control the playlist
