Since I updated Java yesterday to the latest build the index in SS doesn't function anymore. All my folders show as empty, while the statistics clearly show all the songs present (see image). Searching songs also still works.
I tried clearing browser cache, restarting pc and re-installing Java. I placed the original 'left.jsp' back since I modified it to show the statistics in the top of the left pane. But, as you can see, the statistics are still on the top.
What to do (preferably without re-installing SS... )

Okay, rebuilding db seems to solve the problem. Indexing 283,000 files will take some time though...

Yah backing up the db on a regular basic might be a good idea going forward. The db randomly dieing like that seems to happen all too often

Don't I know it...

Personally I decided to stop using HSQLDB and switched to PostgreSQL. It seems smarter than accepting that the DB will go corrupt every now and then.
