media folder not found

Like several other users, I find that Subsonic cannot locate my media folder which is on a Drobo NAS. The folder is mapped as Windows drive Z:/ but subsonic can't see it. Subsonice sees all other local drives on the machine. I've tried all the obvious solutions. ANyone have a nonobvious solution?

Thanks...but the word "permissions" doesn't appear anywhere on the page you mentioned, and the key links on that page are dead.

If you follow the
monroe link then you will find the permissions info.
However SS does not work with mapped drives so you will need to use the unc path name.
