[SOLVED] Subsonic seeing some music (A-N) but not all (N-Z).

Server = Ubuntu Server 12.04.1
Client = Ubuntu Desktop Edition 12.04 (laptop, desktop) + Subsonic app on Android phone and Nexus 7
Browsers = Chrome, Firefox

All of the music is within /media/storage/music. I even chmod -R'd everything to 777 perms and rescanned my library... no change. I literally have no idea what may have caused this.

The only thing that changed is I went from a single data drive in my server to a pair of 3TB WD Red HDDs, which I put in a mdadm mirror, formatted the volume to EXT4, and mounted to /media/storage, JUST like I had before with the single drive. I'm kind of at a loss.

Over Samba, I just did a right click - properties of all of the artist folders and I came up with over 44,000 songs. I noticed when Subsonic did the library rescan, it went fast, but I didn't see another increment above 22,000. I would normally see it jump about 1-2,000, leaving me to believe it stopped right around 22,000 and didn't carry on after that. Anything come to mind that might be causing Subsonic not to realize the entire DB is really there?

EDIT - I stopped the Subsonic service and renamed /var/subsonic/db to /var/subsonic/db.backup, then started the Subsonic service. It rebuilt the db which was kind of a pain since I needed to re-add all of my users and preferences, but it did a very slow scan of my media folders and found all of the music. While this is good and I'm happy everything is working again, I do have to wonder, is there anything I can do within the db folder for next time to maybe just selectively pick which files to remove to thereby rebuild? For example, it'd be nice if I could remove just the specific contents of the db folder that refer to the music library, thereby leaving my users, preferences, etc. intact. Is that possible, or is the db folder more of an all or nothing sort of thing?

Thanks much!
