I got two Problems:

1. Can i change the Admin Username?

2. Is there a chance to disable the "Password forgotten?" link below the Login field?

I hope someone can help me.

No so give a strong password - but you can create another admin a/c and use that.

Just edit the login.jsp file and comment out the login recover block
