Certain Folders / Albums disappeared in Subsonic

Certain folders/albums are not pulling into subsonic; they were pulling in previously, but now have seemingly disappeared. The only change I made to these albums, was they were missing Cover Art in Subsonic, so I clicked change & added the Cover Art within Subsonic & the next time I logged in those albums went missing. Please note the albums are still in the same location on my local hard drive & show up in & are fully accessible from within iTunes. What gives?

Any ideas why this happened? Also any ideas how to fix & prevent this issue from happening again would be greatly appreciated.

Where can I find the log file?

It is called subsonic.log. I can't really tell you where to find it if I don't know what operating system you are running, or which distribution of Subsonic.

Then the log file would be in c:\subsonic, unless you changed subsonic's data directory.

Do the "missing" folder show up in the web interface of Subsonic?

The missing folders do not show up in the Subsonic web interface (& also do not show up in the iSub app).

I will check the log file after I get home from work tonight.

I found the Subsonic log file... I don't see anything unusual. Let me know if there is anything in particular that I should be looking for to help ID the problem.

Thanks for your help.
