Web Address issue

I am gettting the following error when i add my host name for an easy address. This was working and all of a sudden it is not.
I am able to use the external IP address and port to get to the web interface
the address was http://7sur.subsonic.org
Failed to test web address. Connection to http://subsonic.org refused (HttpHostConnectException)
I do have a key from the donation.
