Ignore folders?

is there a way to ignore certain folders within the scanned folders? for example my folder "recorded tv" has a hidden system folder called "TempRec" that shows up in my index, i would like for subsonic to skip over this folder when scanning.

I have tried to put the subsonic_ignore.txt in the directory but the directory and its subfolders still show in the left tree... any other ideas?

That feature was removed in Subsonic 4.7, see
