Firefox can't establish a connection to the server

Hello, was a long time Subsonic user on my old desktop and started getting an error so stopped using it. I just bought a new Dell Laptop with Windows 7 and use Firefox and installed the latest version of Sunsonic and get:

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:4040.

I would really like to start using the service again so any help would be appreciated here. Thanks.
