Defaul Settings for a new Webplayer

How can i change the default settings if a new Player is initiatet?

especially i want to turn off the automatic transcoding for .mp3 files the rest should be transcoded like .flac and others.

everytime a new player is initialized the Transcoding Optin is enabled and i have to disable it manually.
