Playlist Refresh

The playlist at the bottom of the page keeps refreshing every 20 seconds and is very annoying. Would it affect any functionality if I remove the tag?

You could remove the reload tag if you like. The consequence will be:

a) The playlist will not indicate which song is currently playing.
b) The "Now Playing" page will not automatically display the current album (if you're playing songs from different albums).

Otherwise, you should be fine.

The reason I asked abt the refresh isssue is that my browser (IE) makes a click noise whenever the page refreshes and thats what is annoying when I am listening on the head phone. If there is a way to stop that clickety click I am fine with the page refresh.
