Can't connect to Subsonic address set up on server
Posted: Mon Apr 29, 2013 3:08 amInitially, I set up Subsonic on my PC, and was (and still can, when the program is running) able to access the web UI from that address.
Now, I have installed the Subsonic package for my Synology, but get the "Oops! Cannot connect to xx.x.x.x:4040" error message in my browser. It gives this message when I do not have the software running on my PC. I have rebooted my PC, Synology, and router and achieved the same results. I have tried setting up port forwarding to no avail.
Is there a way to manually set the address for my paid Subsonic account now that it is installed on my server?
