Windows to Linux User Migration?

OK so I've just set a new server running Ubuntu 12.10 and Subsonic 4.8. I have moved all of my music over and have got everything set back up the way it was on my Old Windows Server running Subsonic 4.7. The last peace would be my users. I am looking for a way to move the user data (Username, Password, E-mail address, and User Settings) from the Windows server running subsonic 4.7 to the my new Linux server running subsonic 4.8. Please let me know if anyone has been able to do this and if so some instruction on how.
