Have you tried a reinstall?

EDIT: In other words, at the very least, uninstalling the license, then reinstalling it. If that doesn't work , try a fresh client install. Sounds like a cache somewhere is either hung up or corrupt.

That is not necessary as long as everything is working fine inside your network. You most likely just need to resave the network settings to transmit the new external ip address to the redirection server at Subsonic.org. You may also need to verify that the ports are open and forwarding properly at http://canyouseeme.org
