There should be two addresses you can access it from, your computer ip address that is set by your router on your network via dhcp(assuming your on your network). (mine is 192.168.1.21) so I would do 192.168.1.21:8080 in the address bar and it will pop up, or the ip address that your isp gives you.(so you can access it from the internet if port forwarding is set up)
No matter what you should not be using dhcp for subsonic, and it sounds like you are. dhcp randomly provides you with an ip address chosen by your router. Iv never used the automatic setting for subsonic so I cant tell you how well it works, but you should regardless set up a static ip address with port forwarding for it to successfully work 100% of the time. Also you want to reserve that static ip to guarantee dhcp doesn't randomly give it a way to another device.
If you have set up a static ip address on the old network card, It is likely that those settings are still on that network card. The new card will make a completely separate internet connection, regardless if you took out or left the old network card there. So you will have to add the settings in the new one.
