Has anyone had a problem with a D-Link router auto-closes the Subsonic port?

I have a DIR-655 and whenever I open the port subsonic works then randomly after a day or so the port will be disabled again. I just have to enable it and it works again.

I have it set on a schedule to be always open so Im not sure why its closing.

Routers do get a bit flaky after a few years. You might try a reboot just to see if it holds ok. Usually wireless routers start to weaken and lose wireless connections in about two years of hard use. YMMV. Once you notice them doing unpredictable things, it's usually time for replacement. My current Netgear WNDR-3700 has been a real winner so far - longest run without problems of any router I've owned. No guarantee or recommendation here though as I relly think getting a dependable wireless router that lasts a long time is just the luck of the draw. About the only sure bet in this arena is the old Linksys WRT54 - only downside is that it's only 802.11b/g
