Chrome unable to save license and library for good

I entered my license in the setting using Chrome, and it saved without a problem. I was able to use all the premium features. However, very so often when I opened Subsonic in Chrome, my license was gone. I entered it again and it worked well again until next time. Is there a way to keep my license in the setting permanently so I don't have to enter it almost every time.

I was also unable to keep my library, which I believe might be related to the license issue. I had to scan media folders very often too, seemingly every time when the license was gone.

Is it because I clean internet cache and delete cookies regularly? Should I keep a certain file from being deleted?

I searched the forum but did not find any answers, perhaps I wasn't asking the right question. I'd really appreciate if someone can provide a solution, or point me to the right thread if one's already there. Many thanks.
